Officially a year! I began my journey May 12th, 2013. The amount I learned in one year is amazing. Not only does your body change, but your outlook on the world changes.
My journey is just beginning though! The first half was spent losing fat, now it’s going to be focused on gaining lean muscle weight. Wish me luck on Part 2 of my adventure!

I just did some Monkey Fuckers last night after I did weighted squats as well as weighted lunges….My inner thighs, my hamstrings, and my glutes are SUPER sore. In a good way, of course ;D
